(FACTORY DIRECT PURCHASES - RETAIL)

Retail customers can return a product within 30 days of purchase as long as it is accompanied by its original packing material and is undamaged . All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge . The original purchaser can only return the product. The issuance of a Factory RA Number is required.
